from the Online Store ONLY.
We will only exchange any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of
manufacturing defect or we have delivered a wrong order. Contact our customer care
by emailing us images of defected product at info@bashirsons1950.com  or whatsapp
us on +92 321 3333202 within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product,
you will be offered an exchange with same price value product or you will be issued a
coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used to buy item(s)
in future. Please note that the product must be unused along with the purchase
invoice.
You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product. Product should
be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Bashir Sons is not responsible for
products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought on regular price goes on
sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots,
the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on
screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.
